The Milano Residences is slated for completion on 2015 and is set to rise in the 3.4-hectare Century City, the flagship mixed-use development of Century Properties in the country's cosmopolitan financial center, Makati City.

The building's architecture is expected to complement Versace Home's elegant interior design, which will be shown in the grand lobby, pool garden and spa. Versace Home will also create interior inspirations that residents may adopt for their own units.

The 25-year Philippine developer, whose track record in luxury projects includes the award-winning Essensa East Forbes in Manila (by Pei Cobb Freed & Partners), is collaborating with the interior designers of Versace Home to provide exclusive design service for the public spaces of The Milano Residences--a first for the international brand in Southeast Asia.

The Milano Showroom is now open for viewing after a scheduled trip by the Versace team in late January to Manila where they will attend the groundbreaking ceremony and press conference for the P3-billion, 52-storey residential tower.

The long wait is finally over. Three months since its announcement, The Milano Residences--the first private luxury residences in Asia Interior designed by Versace Home--has finally openned its showrooms by appointment to visitors.

Century Properties, the largest private real estate firm in the Philippines and developer of Milano, announced that showroom will be Versace Home-furnished, from tiles to furniture, and will be located at the Pacific Star Building in Makati.
