Kind of a shock to see him without that bushy head of hair - saw him in Winnipeg in about 2000, midwinter, at some blues joint downtown -- great show, and everybody showed up: cheery motorcycle clubbers, dapper lesbian couples, pool players and beer drinkers, the lead guitarist's whole family - sweet. The hot funky blues is a great antidote to the universal dark and cold of the great north - it's obvious why it's so popular. Yeah, and Nigel's a sweetheart, a great guy, for sure

i saw these guys three times in great falls, mt. at murph's lanes. they totally jammed!!! nigel is a great musician. we miss ya here... come back soon.
