@RedNinja250r Yes, the staples are annoying. I'm about to have them removed Mon. Strength and ROM are next. It feels like it's healing well. How's yours coming along?

I just had surgery on my right wrist and my doctor put a metal plate, five screws and a rod to fix it but the only pain i have is from the staples used to hold the incision together.
