新加坡艺人Ben杨志龙这次总共花了三个月,大约80多天的时间进行拍摄,到了台湾的台北、高雄、宜兰、台南;中国的北京、成都、杭州、上海;马来西亚的古晋、怡保、吉隆­坡;还有韩国和澳门。每到一个地方,就向那里的一名师傅学习当地一道名菜。几天的"浓缩"集训,Ben除了能学习
做菜,也能了解每一道菜背后的故事,每一位厨师的坚持,和当地的饮食文化。在集训的最后一天,Ben就得独自做出那道菜,让师傅品尝和评论。
