S06E THE TOWER OF BABEL

Story Source: Genesis 9:1, 11:1-9

After the flood, the descendants of Noah multiplied on the earth. The people of the world spoke one language and one dialect. They all settled in a plain called Shinar in the East and they built a great city from mud bricks and tar used as mortar. Their goal was to build a magnificent city. They said to each other, "Let's build a city with a tower that reaches the sky, so that we can make a name for ourselves and not be scattered all over the earth." These words were in direct disobedience to God's order to the descendants of Noah to multiply and fill the whole world. God saw that because they were speaking the same language that they were powerful and could accomplish anything they wanted. So God said, "Let us go down and mix up their language so that they will not understand each other." When God confused their language, they stopped building the tower and were scattered throughout the whole earth.

If you noticed even the flood did not change the nature of People and they continued their prideful and rebellious ways against the will of God. This is the main reason why God separated humans into tribes and languages. There is no person from any tribe or nation on earth who can change his nature and accomplish true peace on earth. But God can change the nature of a man and bring true peace that results in eternal life. The Torat, Zabure, and Injil, also known as the Bible, tell us about God's plan of how we all can come into a right relationship with God Almighty and find true peace that last for eternity.

HOW IRONIC!!.. God basically divided the people and gave them different languages so that they wouldn communicate with each other ect ect so the ppl seperated in many groups...now the united nations nwo order plan wants to reverse that

@mubzanebilArabee To say that you have less to lose from believing in God than an Atheist is basically saying you only believe because you want to narrow down the chances of going to hell if there is one. You should realize that you're an atheist to every other religion then your own. Why don't you believe in Muhammad? Or Vishnu? Or any other God for that matter? If you would have grown up in Pakistan you would be a Muslim and love it. Atheists just take it one God further.

@lasoogneypubes Of course it doesn't make any sense as you have not applied yourself to figuring out from the Holy Books why He did it in 6 days. If you accept the assumption that God knows all, then you search for why He put it all together like He did. However your atheistic faith assumptions will always blind your eyes just like my believing faith assumptions guide my conclusions, so we both stand on our FAITH assumptions ey? The problem is you have much more to loose than I if you are wrong.
