Cheers for this video. Ive modelled her in 00 gauge and being first time ive done a southern loco i wasnt sure how the valve gear was supposed to work but no this has cleared it up. Cheers (:!

i like how the engine looks at the beginning with those coaches as steams down that branchline. it just looks so nice!

Sadly the Lord Nelson has just been cancelled from the Scarborough Spa Express, so next week (the final week, Mon 27 to Thur 30 Aug 2007) we've got 45231 Sherwood Forrester instead, on our patch in North Yorks. So thanks for your excellent vid: Youtube is the only way we'll see Lord Nelson this year.

She was about an hour late passed Bath, i nearly got caught out by a late unit, if it had been 30 seconds later i would have been in trouble !

Dude, im from Honiton... I was also on that train. Good thing i got off at Exeter. Just so you know it was 52 mins late from Exeter as i watched it from Cowly bridge.

Yeah we were told it was two hours late at Worle when we got there to see the King, but you are correct at it being 52mins late. However I didn't find that out until I made the video.
