  • Im amazed the stock TPI let the 383 breathe. I would have ported the base. Regardless the TQ is monsterous! Take that LSX!

  • @MrRobGT

The base was ported. All of the parts related to the intake were ported, with the exception of the AS&M runners.

  • Beautiful! Awesome dude.. are you happy with the TPI setup? im restoring my 87 iroc and i have a 89 vette l98, that i want to stroke. and put in it. I never had tpi car even my iroc was carb so just wanted your view on it. i would like to keep it tpi but so many put down the tpi even for stock 350. Thanks!!!

  • great vid. need song name

  • wow great setup man looks like some AWSOME 60ft times any time slips?

  • ok I'm sold.. I must get a 383 stroker.. although I've had my run in with a C4 I think I'm gonna stick with a good ol 1980 C3.. much more curvy to my liking

  • What cross section is the intake? How much do the heads flow? Hows it work on the street without a tune? Im very surprised in the car to say the least. I would have figured low 12s at best. Nice...

  • @holeshot383 Ahh yes, sorry I missed that in the description... How did those AS&M runners work out? I have heard they have some fitment issues? I just got an 880 350 block for my 85 Z28... About to get some AFR 195 eliminators and do a 383 TPI. Who ported the base? What ID is it?

  • Hi guy i'm realy impressed, the car run great altough i haven't see the numbers,it's strange you go with a 383 keeping stock heads, running a stock chip with a non-stock cam, but i think this stage will be soon a stage 2...great car, great job...great launches at the track

  • @MrRobGT Ahh yes, I read this time (sorry). I have an Lb9 tpi Z28 I am drawing up plans for, right now. I have heard there is some quality issues with the AS&M runners?? How were yours? Also, are you MAP or MAF? Who tuned it? Thanks!! I may go 383, but probably 355.
