This video is in response to comments on my first TTT video on the acetate lollipop flower. The comments were about how the video didn't really show in detail how the ruffles were made as my hands were in the way through most of the video. So I thought I should show you all as best I can how I made the ruffle effect. I used the paper piercing tool because it was handy - a pencil tip could have even worked fine. I just heated the acetate with my heat gun enough to soften it, then placed my paper piercing tool underneath the edge of the acetate and then used my fingers to pinch over the paper piercer making a hill and valley effect. Hopefully this helps :) - thanks for your comments, they are greatly appreciated
Fantastic! Looks like it takes a while but really well worth while!
