@easy6scout1 This was the Sunday landing, which I think they announced it as a Rhine crossing in 1945. I was in the DUKW and show up briefly at 2:04. I missed the D-Day landing, I had to completely disassemble my M1 to get all the sand out of it from the Dieppe Raid Saturday morning. Great video, I agree I'd have liked to see a longer cut.

Great video, very well done! My only complaint was that it wasn't longer! LoI!! I was one of the reenactors participating (5th Rangers) in this event. You should know that this was actually a reenactment of the D-Day invasion off of the Normandy coast of France in June of 1944. Thanks for posting this- again, excellent job!
