you have said in a post a while back about lifting. I just wanna correct you in saying there are all kinds of ways to gain strength and mass besides doing 10 reps or give or take a few. Resistence training is actually the best way to gain muscle.

you reall are a nigger, huh?

You're a bitch for sticking up for a bullshit advertisment. You're also a bitch cuz you give blow jobs behind Walgreens.

wow thought this was gonna be about viagra

bad form unless hes deliberately doing partials which i doubt. The locking out is actually good for the cartilage.the loading is what causes its adaptation.

i'm no coward, your right about posting comments tho, i'll admit i've slipped into the habit a bit, also with the name calling and all but at least i'm aware of it, if ur 51 ok, but still i think its commendalbe that he can lift anything at that age, i prefer to build rather than to destroy, u feel me, in the choice to praise or critisize i will try to praise, unless its someone like u, then i'm an automatic enemy, coward he says, i wish u actually knew me, i am a dying breed

KBoogs719; You're WRONG. I'm 51 years old. I lift with some guys who are as old as Helton. You're one of those youtube-pansies who is very brave about calling names behind the anonymity of the internet. That makes you a coward. Helton's form here is BAD, and that's just a fact. Whine all you want. He's covering for the fact that he can't lift the weight- which is nothing to be ashamed of - what IS shameful is using a spotter and short range to pretend you're stronger than you are.
him being over 70 is even more of a reason to make him lower the weights hes doing

I don't have such a problem with the fact that he's not locking out any of his lifts, but I DO have a problem with the fact that he's using such a short range of motion that it's almost not worth doing. He needs to drop his weights to a level that he can actually perform decent reps.
