SPARTANBURG, S.C. -- South Carolina's consumer protection agency has informed an Upstate car dealership that it must change its advertising and resolve complaints from dozens of customers or face the consequences. A state official calls the ads by Joe Gibson Suzuki in Spartanburg "false, misleading and deceptive."
The dealership is the subject of more than 50 consumer complaints with the Better Business Bureau and was named this week as the defendant in more than a dozen lawsuits. Courtesy www.wyff4.com (Apr 5, 2008). Read story: http://www.byownerautosales.com/modules.php?mod=Extra_Pages&pg=news&u...
