close, =) the leather seat came from a Mazda 6, and the cockpit dimensions (wheel, shifter, hand break, and pedals) were measured from a S2000.

Why does the steering wheel make that zipping sound whenever you turn it?

The force feedback motor in the Logitech Driving Force Pro wheel is pretty loud. However it's not that noticeable while playing.
