Hi. Thank you. 18 is a good age. The youngest age would be 14 but we prefer 16 and above normally. The shape of the tip of the nose is made up of cartilage and overlying skin. The cartilage can be modified and the skin redrapes over it. If done well, your nose should look much better. If rhinoplasty is done poorly, it can make you look much worse. You have to choose your Plastic Surgeon carefully. Also, I would leave the lips till after the nose job.

These vids are awesome. My nose has a square tip and it is very wide at the tip, which is already ugly, but my other features are smaller so it really sticks out. Do you think anything could be done about it? I worry a new nose will look worse. I also want to get lip injections, should I get those before I get my nose done or after? I am 18 if that matters.
