  • Hi there Doctor..... I am writing for some advice if thats ok. I have multiple level disc herniations at L2/3, L3/4 and L4/5. I have a small annular tear at L3/4 and mild to severe canal stenosis at L3/4 with the thecal sac at 6mm and L4/5 6mm. I have received 3 lots of Epidurals since October last year and the symptoms of the sciatica keep returning. With my symptoms described above would the Percutaneous Discectomy help or would a Micro discectomy be more beneficial?
