  • Yes, that's pretty much how I do them. I prefer just to do the ice packs though :)

    Warm showers are the most relaxing part of my day, so I really don't feel like using cold showers in the morning. I barely know who I am when I get up haha

  • I will admit the slow carb diet is the healthier of the two diets, but I believe the Atkins diet is more effective in weight loss. I understand it is unhealthy as you lose more muscle than fat. But all in all you will slim down on the Atkins diet and a lot faster too. But anyways just my opinion

  • i am doing the exact same thing u are!! n it DOES really work! ive lost 5 pounds in 5 days. i started saturday n cant wait till my cheat day! ive been craving Quizno subs like crazzzzy!!! but im scared to over do it on my cheat day :( im going to buy an ic pack today.

  • Did you try the cold showers? I thought you were supposed to start with a warm shower then turn it to cold... that would be easier
