Almost 200 spectators had a rare view of some of the greatest endurance racing cars of the 1960s at the Simeone Foundation Automotive Museum Ford Glory Days event in Philadelphia. The May 23rd Demonstration Day featured a Ford GT40 MkII, Ford Mk IV and the Ford-powered Cobra Daytona Coupe. After a brief historical preface by Dr. Simeone, he and Curator Kevin Kelly fired the cars up and proceeded to drive them spiritedly around the 3-acre parking lot in back of the museum.
I just visited the museum today. Amazing collection of automotive history!

Really? i don't know about perfection, but it sure is a performer. Can't wait to go to vintage race at lime rock and then NJ motorsport park in october. love the fact that it's so close now.
