  • this is NOT Magnitude. this is Shindo 7.

Magnitude = size of the energy emitted by earthquake

Shindo = just size of shaking

  • @sijotakane Thanks! Corrected!

  • That's Magnitude 7!? Feh! Shouldn't be a problem.

  • Look what just happened in Haiti - same strength!

  • @TyphoonHunter Japan get's magnitude 7 earthquakes quite a bit, right?

  • @stud1nna thats what it says in the title

  • THIS IS AN EARTHQUAKE SIMULATOR!

  • @TyphoonHunter Thats different, if the same magnitude happened in Cali. not as much damage would have been done

  • I shitted on my pants and I wasn't even there!!!! o.O

  • The repeated shakings of a magnitude 7 earthquake can level even the toughest of buildings.

  • That's because the thing is built not to fall apart. Think of a God knows how many stories tall building, where enough force causes it to sway a LOT and other buildings that could fall into it. Not a problem you say? Maybe if you're underground.
