What is "the truth"? Not even JC had an answer. The fact is we are not 50 sovereign states---arcane reasoning notwithstanding. Deregulation of so many industries has led to new, systemic problems---more bailouts anyone? Self-styled Constitutional experts don't impress anyone--it's just the same old drivel being driven through a newly found, faulty pencil sharpener.

The "wasted vote" would only apply in the GENERAL election in November. He is running as a Republican in the PRIMARY so there is no way to "waste" a vote in the primary!
