Social Security is a ponzy scheme. All it does it take money for the working poor and gives it to old people who failed to properly prepare for retirement. I have given up doing some of the fun things in life in order to make sure money gets put away into my IRA because in 2025 when Social Security collapses I'll only be 42 thus for all that money I've paid in over my working life I will never derive any befit.

Eric Griego a lobbyist for charter schools earned a handsome salary hobknobbing with the politicos. I had more respect for him as the standup comic at the casinos than I do for him now scaring seniors with outrageous claims that the GOP is trying to get rid of SS and Medicare. What a load of crap. Nice try Eric but that won't work like it did twenty years ago. We are smarter than that and it's the tea party folks who are the old guard now.
