@megamanj2004X I wonder if "Don Adams' Screen Test" also used it.
-
Did the short-lived series "Fay" use this version as well? It might have been the first sitcom to do so.
-
@megamanj2004X I saw that on the second Me Tv station called Me Too.

Here's a new one:
The 1st few episodes of the short-lived "Delvecchio" (October 1976-77, that starred a pre-"Taxi" Judd Hirsch and a pre-"Hill Street Blues" Charles Haid and Michael Conrad) also used this 1975 Universal logo w/ the "And" byline.

There are probably two or three versions of the 1975-1976 music. I heard another one on an episode of Columbo "A Case of Imunity". This one sounds like the one I heard on "Kojack" from 1976.
-
The short-lived 1975-76 spy drama "Ellery Queen" also has the 1975-76 Universal-TV theme music.

scary drum roll

yep.
Only w/ the "In Association With" byline, since that show had the Mark VII logo preceed the Universal TV.
I can see the "And" byline on top of the logo. Besides, what show is this from, JohnnyL80?
