Eating Raw Pork!

This is a traditional food from my homeland, Germany. It is raw ground pork which is spiced with pepper, salt, etc.. and then put on a "Broetchen" a crispy German roll. It tastes very good! I grew up on this stuff!

@1mulatto im from germany. u ate it wrong m8. u have to put a bit onions on it n black pepper. the seasoning which is in there when u bye it i s only a few. im proud to be here so i can eat that shit whithout being scared of maggots. u guys have shit quality in america or whereever. but dot forget u cant eat raw poek stakes even in germany coz they r not controlled

@bagdadroyal I didn't eat it wrong at all! Wo ich her komme (Kassel) isst man es entweder mit, oder ohne Zwiebeln. Beides ist akzeptabel. Und wir wuerzen auch nicht nach, in Kasse. So wie's vom Fleischer gewuertzt ist, schmeckt's gut genug..

A misconception about pork is the belief that you have to cook it all the way through, unlike beef which can be eaten rare. Although true many years ago, however, this being the modern age, pork nowadays can be prepared like beef if your pork is bred in 1st world countries / modern farms. Pork can be eaten raw if they are extremely fresh, like 1mulatto says "just returning from the butcher". The only cases of raw pork being lethal is probably from wild pigs, not first-world farm fresh pigs.

It's true, it can kill you because of a bacteria it contains. But that doesn't mean it will and it doesn't make it any less delicious! I just got back from Germany and I had it while I was there. They actually have butcher shops with THE freshest meats, not like here that everything has preservative, including your "fresh food." Delicious! I envy that you're eating this in the the video and I currently am not! lol
