@HurstVideos Instead of using the digital audio cable can you use the two red and white cables?? and will it work with a gaming chair this way? thanks!

@airfixboy11 I don't believe the red and white cables will work, but its worth a try though! A gaming chair should be able to take the read and white

I have the xbox360 elite and am haveing problems hooking it up to my denon 1504 reciever. I took the hdmi cabel hooked it to the reciever and put a hdmi cabel in the "hdmi out" of the reciever and I get nothing.  No sound or video. Any suggestions?

@sooline2551 are you connecting the xbox to the tv with hdmi? thats what you must do. then you will need the audio cable to connect the xbox to the receiver.

@HurstVideos I will try that with the HDMI cables but where does the audio cables pug into the 360? Thank you for your quick response. I will try to hook it up tomorrow if I have time.

@sooline2551 the audio cable plugs into the back of the AV cable of the xbox. You may not have the input, I didn't have that when I got my elite. But check out my other video on this and it will show you more about it.

This wasn't helpful, if I had the correct AV cord I wouldn't be looking on YouTube trying to figure out how to connect the surround sound.

@HurstVideos why wouldn't the regular red an white av cables work, it does for ps3. The new av cable you bought, did it just come with one component on it? So you had to buy the other audio cable to?

is it possible to connect a 360 to a lcd tv via scart and hdmi at the same time, so i can have hdmi for the picture and scart for my old soundsystem?, i currently have my 360 connected to a crt tv and want to upgrade to hd but cant afford a new soundsystem
