its now day 49, is as been a lot easier than i had expexted..as long as you dont put a cig in your mouth and light you are not a smoker..heres a clip with me exercising, its a whole lot more entertaining to do now. and my friends still cant believe that i've really stop. somer like while some make jokes (the ones that still smoke) but its ok, after all i'm no longer the mug but they still are :-)

FABULOUS ADVICE!!!!! Jason, you are totally on the right track and you KNOW IT!!! I hope you make it life long. A decision like that will make your... life long. (Just stay out of traffic and duck when a plane flies overhead...) LOL!
