Each year the families of adopted hounds from AHRCO come together to celebrate new life in their forever homes. These rescued hounds come from many situations and are fosterd and cared for until they are ready for adoption. This reunion gives the foster family a chance to see how their babies have grown into beautiful, loved Afghan Hounds. Enjoy.

I to have 2 afghan`s {bitch & dog} I have never known sutch a great temp in any dog as the afgan hound, we are so lucky to have them, sutch is the hard work L.O.L but its worth it!

I recently lost my wonderful Afghan Hound to a rare disorder that inordinately affects Afghans, chylothorax. I would love to give a loving home to a rescued Afghan. I live in Florida. Let me know if you have anyone who needs a home. Thank you.
