I adore this song.
My friend once sang it to me because I asked him why people were always trying to break us up.

The 1st video response above "JanSchaf" is a good 70's instrumental version from Sweden...

I was wrong, he did it exclusively for house. When I realized I was wrong almost immediately after I posted that. Don Williams is the closest commercially available to JT, so if you want one that sounds similar go with him.

My parents owned and operated a bar/tavern when I was just out of diapers in a small farming community back in the late 60's and 70's. We had an old Wulitzer Juke Box in the corner and every two weeks the record guy would come to change out the old ones with new ones. And each time I was there waiting with a dollars worth of quarters to buy four of my favorites that would be changed out. And this particular song was an all time favorite of mine.

I can't find it anywhere, James Taylor's website doesn't have it as a song that he played. Maybe he did it exclusively for House?
