hey you can add album art! by editing the album!which is great haha!

For anyone who doesn't know this, but I doubt anyone doesn't, just right click on the album then click find album info. Then you can sort through a series of albums and find the one that matches best with the songs in your library. I have done this with all the album art that is sketchy on what album artwork should actually be displayed.

Thank you sir!

I hear you, it would be nice for it to work 100% right the first time, but there's so much junk on the P2P networks I can't blame the Zune team for not being able to anticipate every possible problem. My collection is 100% made up of CDs that I've ripped, or tracks I've purchased online - and I have no problems.

I started doing this a little bit after I posted, actually. But thank you for replying back. Sadly, not even media monkey is completely saving me from my problems. That reset tool has come in pretty handy, though.
It's just sad that you have to jump through all these flipping hoops for zune's shit to work.

I no longer have this problem. First, clean your metadata with MediaMonkey and make sure everything is perfect - use MediaMonkey to embed your album art, and clean up all the left-over album art that's hidden inside the folders. Make sure you're running the latest version of the Zune software. Then Google the Zune Media Collection Reset tool and let it re-scan your entire collection. That should do the trick!
