  • There are medicine balls that are the same size as waterpolo balls, and they can float. Might be better to use them.

  • Good suggestion Ryan. I like the heavy ones but think the best thing is the real polo ball.

  • You're not supposed to bounce actual WP balls off the wall like that. That's the best way to lose their grip.

  • that is a really sketchy park

  • 2 hands on the ball???

    turnover(:

  • is that sopose to be hard??? come on i do it every time its easiest thing in water polo lol i thought u would have showed some kind of hard thing lol

  • 2 hands on the ball. FOUL! :D

  • they have waterpolo medicine balls (at least at the school i went to and played for) that we used to build up for a more powerful shot :)

  • its like hungarian weight ball

  • there are also lighter smaller weight balls which are used to throw against a trampoline which i know really helped my shot immensely without hurting my shoulder in fact it strengthened it significantly, the balls range in weight from 2 lbs - 8 lbs but you should be careful to not try to put all your arm behind any throw as that is where most people hurt themselves, dont do more than your capable of

  • exactly max 1-2 kg i've trained with 3kg medicine ball, but is too danderous for the rotator cuff. So first improve your handling (using the baskeball ball is the good way to improve also the power as says as in the video), there are other exercise to improve the power of your shot. Good video !!!

  • the medicine ball will have to be very light because some are heavy enough to strain your rotator cuff
