  • Very beautiful and with a lot of honest gravité - and a generous musicality!

    A good line, fine and sensible timing!

    Could have more time and calmness in penultimate movement!

    Figured bass a bit obtrusive and parallel at times - but otherwise beautifully balanced!

    Tell me, though: Why do baroque string players - especially the violists - have to snuffle through their nose? This is irritating and totally unnecessary, in my humble opinion!!
