We tasted the newly arrived (and baked last week) FIRST Panettone of the Season. Magnificent! Guest of honor for the historical moment: Jeremy McMillan, chef at Bedford Post Inn, whose palate is exquisite.
What? Already? Looking out into the snowy garden, one could think it is that time again, you know, December. But it is actiually still October. Are you already selling the cakes now?
I remember last year's shipment came in mid November. But with the wintery view outside, I could totally get into the mood already. Will certainly try the Panettone this year, after having tried the outstanding Pandoro last year!!
