Final Fantasy IV DS - Gameplay - Boss#12 - Calcabrina

Go to Lodestone Cavern (Crystal chamber place) and get more one Augument... Whirlwind (Inflict Wind damage and fire vulnerabity).

Well, go to Agart city and use Magma Stone on the hole (Center of the city). With this, open the crater near to this city!

Get the Enterprise (Airship), enter in the hole and go to new dimension!

Enterprise falling and the party must travel on foot!

Go to the south, to Dwarven Castle!

You getmore one Augument... Draw Attacks (ideal for who you chose the Augument Counter. In my case, the chosen was Cecil)

Go talk to Dwarven King, who will open a passage behind his throne!
To continue, you will find a challenge... Calcabrina!

My attacks: Cecil (Attack, Cura) / Yang (Focus, Attack) / Kain (Attack, Jump) / Rosa (Blink, Cura).

=== Strategy ===

Initially, attack Brina (x3) or Calca (x3) and use Blink in your group. The other will come together, and form Calcabrina. Continue using the attacks listed above and remember; Calcabrina will counter for physical attacks to achieve that. (Hence the need for Blink in each character).

My Level Reference: Cecil: Lv. 42 / Kain: Lv. 37 / Yang: Lv.41 / Cid: Lv.41 / Rosa: Lv.32.

i always leave alive 1 calca and 1 brina, so they don't fuse :)

i would have beat this bastard if it wasnt for yang getting confused and killing off my party

My strategy is I put Cecil and Kain on offense, making them focus on attacking two of the purple dolls in the back. I make Yang focus and kick(rinse and repeat) to kill the orange ones. (Should kill them after 2-3 kicks.)

Once theres only one doll left, it cannot fuse. Use this time to heal your team for the bitch of a boss fight that comes up right afterwards...

my trick was to have yang a high enough level, focus twice in a row, then kick :3 so satisfying

If so, I wonder how dolls as creepy as those.. turn in to dolls as nice as the ones in the After Years.

DAMN THOSE DOLLS ARE CREEPY. ESPESIALLY TEH THEME SONG.
