Terry Syrek

Hi. My name is Terry. i play guitar. Some of you may know me, some probably not.

i decided, after much deliberation, to post a clip of me improvising. Not in some explosion of narcissism, mind you, but primarily because i have a degenerative condition in my hand called focal dystonia. It gradually robs me of the use of my left hand and i'd like to make as much music as i can and get it out there as i'm not sure what i'll be able to still do, year to year.

i love music so much, and guitar, that i've tried my best to adapt techniques to allow me to continue to express what i hear.

All those "Computer" notes are still notes. Shred guitarists have more in common with classical composers then most rock guitarists. This guy went to Berklee thats more then enough credit for someone to say they can play man, I'm sure this guys got tons of other mad chops he just like's to shred nothing wrong with that.

Terry I play Washburn or Carvin exclusively because that's what works for me, with that being said have you ever tried or been offered sponsorship by any guitar or guitar equipment co. and if so who?Because you rip and can damn sure keep up with the best a little deserve is in order I think.Take care God bless and keep up the good work.
