I always hated when Lana complained and complained endlessly. Oh woe is me, everyone is dead or leaves me. I didn't feel sorry for her after a season or two, bc 1) She DID have a parent - it's true, Nell was her adoptive mother. 2) She had a lot of people that cared about her. 3) Other characters had it a lot worse and she didn't even seem to care at all. And Chloe even treated her like a sister. It seemed to me that the way in which Lana worked was to use anyone that she wanted ...

But I have to step in here and mention that Lex was NOT more selfish than Lana. He was selfish to an extent like everyone, but HOW MANY TIMES did he risk his life to save others? Hell, he even took the blame for his mother killing his baby brother, just to protect her when he was only a child. Later on, he became darker - but seriously, Lana never did anything remotely as unselfish or protective as some of the things Lex did, before he turned 'evil'.

@jlyonne I think everyone around turned lex into the the monster he is. No loved him or trust him.Lana loved him unhuh but than she loves clark, she kidnape his dad when he was trying to be good. So they said he was monster hes like ill show you a monster. They treated clark normal but lex like a freak. So yeah their the blame for him being evil.

Kristin Kreuk is better off away from this burnt out show and it's crazy fans. Notice how the ratings dipped as soon as her and Lex left. She get's shit on by the fanbase because she's a good looking. It's been like that ever since 2002.

yeah, because everyone always sides with the average looking underdog. (Chloe)

LMAO!!! brilliant
Simply put, I'm not going to argue about this anymore, because we have very different views on the subject. In your eyes it seems like some people deserve more punishment than others and then others should rarely get punishment at all. It just feels long list of double standards and hypocrisy where one character is punished for something but the other is innocent when they do the same things. But it's fine because I love SV and I love talking about it with anyone who's interested. I love SV.

It's not about innocence or guilt, I think Lex is guilty as hell for all he's done. I just find his and Chloe's characters way more interesting than Lana's and Clark's. I pull for the more flawed characters, they are better written (even in shows as badly written as SV) because their flaws make them more dynamic.

I'm interested in SV when it comes to the potential they had for a cleverly written story, but it was wasted. I'd give anything to have a chance at writing tv and here is a group of writers who leave enough plotholes a kid would call BS.
