Well, he "could" be running that. The T3 runs out of efficiency so after 15 he is blowing hot air. I know the t3 CAN do 25 but it is completely stupid to do so unless you have a really good intake cooling system.

Because its simply beyond the stock T3 turbo capabilities to run a constant 20lbs of boost much less 25lbs. and yup, Im a retard because I can write out legible sentences in correct english and know my shit instead of making stupid claims right?

My stock T3 only puts out 10psi boost max. I unplugged the vacuum line to the wastegate and that's as high as it will go. Which is good I guess, beause that's as high as you probably should run it without an intercooler. But I'm wondering how people are getting 15+ out of a stock turbo.

The intake has a pop off valve. It pops at 10. You have to change the spring in it to hold it closed harder if you want to run more boost but I wouldn't go more than 13 on the stock setup.
