Sausage, Pepper & Onions on the Weber

This Q3000 Weber is awesome. I cooked up a bunch of sausage with a side of peppers and onions. The sausages themselves were the hot Italian variety which I purchased at Costco.

@DeltaNineRnmbr1 well they wern't when I made this video but now in retrospect, you may be correct. The regulator on mine screwed up and the bastards don't sell a replacement. I tried an aftermarket off line and that didn't work correctly either. One last test and then it goes to the scrapyard. Bought a nice stainless steel grill @ Costco for $99 and if it lasts 5 years, I'll be way ahead.
