Excellent documentary by CNN's Dr. Sanjay Gupta. This video details the lives of people who have learned to not only prevent a second heart attack but to reverse their heart disease, something that is not normally thought to be possible in the brainwashed mainstream medicine or media.
It also covers the health protocol of Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn Jr. and his approach that surgery and bypasses are not necessary IF one is willing to embrace a more vegan lifestyle.
There are also many interviews with former President Clinton who famously had a fast food diet and had to undergo bypass surgery a year after leaving the white house.
He did well for about 5 years and did make changes to his diet, but could not totally give up his fast food. After having a few more scares he realized that he had to make far more serious and drastic changes than he was. Now that he eats almost nothing but fruits and vegetables, his cholesterol is down to normal, his arteries are clearing out, he looks much healthier than before, feels better and has much more energy.
He said he does not miss his old diet knowing what it was doing to him, he enjoys the new foods that he is now eating.
This is interesting but it leaves some thing out that need to be answered. What about the Inuit who lived for thousands of years with no heart disease when eating a fat/meat based diet? What it if you live above the 40th parallel and go for months at time without enough sun for your body to manufacture Vitamin D - no plant food will provied vitamin D, just meat.
