Matthew Hudson line catches a fish off Mana Island, Fiji. His fish was the largest fish caught that day until Matthew Pike pipped him in the late stages of the evening with a superior fish in both weight and fishyness. It was a miracle the budding fishermen were able to catch anything, after a loose anchor nearly ended their trip after only just setting off. In this video M. Hudson illustrates perfectly how to calmly bring in a line caught fish. Other styles can be adopted such as the 'reel like a maniac' technique, in which there is no doubt M.Pike is a true master of. Unfortunately this style has never been caught on film, a style that many well regarded fishing folk say would 'revolutionize the world of fishing'.
