Very sad. That's actually Steve Martin singing. Steve was a friend of Bruce Arnold, the leader of Orpheus, and wrote a number of songs for the group. Although Bruce hired him to sing on the band's fourth album for Bell Records in '71, Steve had nothing to do with "Can't Find The Time", (which appeared on the groups debut in '68). Despite the fact that Steve was never a contracted member of Orpheus, he uses his loose connection with Bruce and the band to secure gigs like this - fooling many fans.
