After watching someone catch a tarpon from the 7 Mile Bridge in Marathon Florida for over an hour, the release was not the Tarpons best day. Watching it swim away, a roughly 9-10 foot tiger shark comes up from the depths to pounce on the tired victim.
Crazy to catch that on video, neat stuff.
Not trying to be a jerk at all, but looking at the dorsal fin and the tail fin coming out of the water, that was actually a Great Hammerhead, not a tiger shark.
That HUGE first dorsal fin is just as distinctive as their strange head, which is often times hard to see through the waves and shadows in the water.
Still a great video though...
