@Cormac197217 I don't know where my previous comment went lol.
Since most buses in London are run by private companies on behalf of TfL then the driver would have a staff number. Long gone are the days when we all wore badges with something like KK 12345 on them. They were round and white with red edges and if you had a complaint you just wrote a letter with that number on it. You had to write or the complaint would be ignored.

just read on the bus stop where you want to go, look at the front of the bus where the bus is going to make sure you dont go the wrong way, get on the bus and go there.... very simple thing to do.... when you want to get off press the bell! easy peasy lemon squesy
