I bought a PM9 for my girlfriend. It IS a spectacular carry weapon! I had trouble with it, initially, but was using crap ammo that was given to me, and was having many FTFs...Bought a couple hundred rounds of Fiocchi, and it worked fine!! This gun, coupled with Hornady's "Critical Defense" ammo, is a great personal protection combo!

I remember one of my friends was dead set on telling me the weight of a gun doesn't affect recoil...let's let him test that theroy with this pistol. Lol

I wish my PM9 worked. It has been utterly unreliable. Constant FTF so severe that the mag is completely jammed into the gun. The pistol is in the Kahr repair shop on it's third visit. This is after the break in period and loading it according to the instructions. It could just be a lemon but I have never had a Glock that wasn't 100% straight out of the box. The Black Diamond finish scratches easily. If you are in the market for a pistol, find something else.

Bought a PM9 about a month ago, and ran 200 rounds of FMJ ball ammo through it, and 50 rounds of Golden Sabre JHP. Not a single hiccup. I carry it everyday.

lol well duh.. lighter guns have more recoil. Newtons laws always will win out.
