Senator Bernie Sanders discusses the importance of the Transportation Bill in preserving and mending the country's crumbling infrastructure as welll as preserving jobs. According to Senator Sanders, it is estimated that this bill will save more 1.8 million jobs and add one million jobs in the next three years.

VOTE NO on the Adam Walsh Reauthorization Act of 2012. It's an ineffectual, controversial and costly train wreck of legislation that doesn't protect children. An abject failure that should have never been signed by Bush, but was passed post-haste, just as a "personal favor" to John Walsh. It's a selfish law that needs to be abrogated. John Walsh should be ashamed of himself for dishonoring his son's memory with this unconstitutional, reactionary law that stands for civil and human rights abuse.

Infrastructure spending is not stimulative. Govt has no money, so must take the money from someone, who produced it. The act of taking has negative effects, offsetting any positive ones from stimulus.
