Scyther my second favorite! First would be caterpie. I always have to have my Caterpie! I love all it's evolutions. But it's cutest as a caterpie ^_^! Though I like butterfree a lot due to sleep powder and stun spore. It's a nice way to "bug" my opponents!

veiw 1111! any way scizor is a complete boss wiping teams clean only with bullet punch (i love how attack nature, stab, super-effective, critical-hit, technician +6 attack sounds) and stalling shuckle is such a boss (#1 spec and physical deffence)

There is no pokemon stronger than the bug types. They are the reason psychics lost their immortality after the first two generations the title for the best defence, special defence and speed are all held by bugs. Scizor also just maybe the most over used pokemonin modern wifi battles. Bugs rule.

Man, you shoulda mentioned Heracross. Learns awesome moves good attack and speed and looks awesome. What more could you want?

@TheEndOfLiberty Strangely I have never trained a heracross, but they do scare the crap out of me. Very strong pokemon.
