  • dude how do u make ur gums stop hurting after a five hour game and practice cuz mine do, people say that it goes away. but after a year of trying different stuff i have found nothing.. Tips r soooooo much appreciated

  • LilRed first off thanks for the wonderful comments and for watching! Now for advice, I should start by saying I started playing piccolo before I played flute so my jaw, lips and w/e else involved. Had to develop for piccolo. Yes it hurt, and hurt BADLY. But I loved my instrument and wanted to the best i could be, so I just sucked it up and kept on playing. That's the only advice I really have to offer, just play through it. Ignore that pain, as awful as it may be and keep practiing :]

  • SHEETS?!??!??!?!?!

  • @sfgirlygirl17 ...... You HAD to ask about the hardest thing music to describe, well,

it's like..........um, as opposed to saying "ta" or "da" (single tonguing), , I was suggest tonguing, "da ga:easier" or "ta ka: [in my opinion more tricky]" But you should start practicing almost a sort of triplet feel: da ga da , da ga da, da ga da , " .........Hope I helped........ { I'm also an oboe/bassoon player , and oboes say"tu ku tu "} Just remember for ANY tonguing keep your air up !!!!
