  • Hi, what amp settings are you using to get that sound, I am using a rickenbacker 330 through a vox ac30, fantastic vid, cheers.

  • @billy2483: If I recollect, I ran the guitar through a Boss ME-50 multi-effects pedal ("presence," some mild reverb, and some moderate distortion) before it got to the AC30, which had the treble up about 85%.

    What color is your 330?

BTW: the Blueboy in the vid is now gone (sigh...); I traded it towards a Pete Townshend signature 1998, #164 out of 250.

  • Fantastic guitar! Wish i had bought one when they came out in that finish! And one of my all time favourite Jam songs! Oh Sally where are you now lol!

  • @TheRickynow : Yeah--I love the Blueboy. I traded a 1998 model 1997 (Rose Morris re-issue) for it; the RM had an unalterable trussrod issue, else I would have kept it. But this 335 is a wonderful guitar. Thanks for your support.
