hahaha, they DO use Windows in real. In Stargate Atlantis you can see it the best: the episode that mckay was stuck with carter at the bottom of the sea in a puddle jumper, you can see on his keyboard of his tablet a Windows key. And when dr. Weir and Sheppard are taken over by these two people found in space and were fighting each other, at the end Sheppard is using a Windows Mobile phone. You can see the flag at the back of it.
