If You Look in ur Cd Paper Of ur Miley Cd U'll See that East Northumberland High wasn't written by her, it was written by Samantha and 2 other guyz. Miley redid the song, and if u listen Samantha's version of the song some of the lyrics are different then Miley's version.

East Northumberland High was Samantha's high school in Ontario, Canada.
Samantha co-wrote the song when she was 16 yrs old (2005).
The song was re-cut by Miley Cyrus in 2007 and is out on Miley Cyrus's (Hannah Montana) new record (Disney Records)

Miley Only Wrote 8 of The songs on her Cd. The other song she didn't write was Start All Over, but fefe dobson and 2 other ppl wrote it for her cd.

@Happygigi700 Well you're right. People cover/redo songs like i said ^^^. & the original version by the original artist doesn't get heard around much. For example A Year Without Rain by Selena Gomez. That song is originally Leona Lewis' ft. Rihanna. I didn't know that until when i searched the song when it first came out by Selena.

@carmaly100 No artists cover/ re-do songs all the time. If you've noticed, on all of Miley's albums so far she's always covered a song. Britney Spears re did I Love Rock N' Roll, & Jonas Brothers Covered some songs from Busted. It's a common thing artists do. & they've been doing them for years.
