The event was hosted by Linking Learning to Life (LLL) and the Lake Champlain Regional Chamber of Commerce (LCRCC) and helped raise a third of the $45,000 budget needed to run their youth leadership program, PILOT, with the help of title sponsor New England Federal Credit Union. Eight other sponsors including Ben & Jerrys, Burlington Telecom, and Church Street Marketplace, local celebrities, and the pumpkin growers raced to help make the event a fundraising success and a keeper for LLL and LCRCC
