certain match ups r best on sa3 and this combo can only b done on certain characters as well so i wudnt worry about it

its only really works on the arcade version and ps2 old rules, they changed some of the combos for characters on version b which is dreamcast and new rules on ps2 like he cant do 2 ex mgb's in a row and a couple of slight juggles involving sa1 i think, but just do the input really quick its like immediatly after the crouch hk
