I have one problem. I calibrate the pitch to +/- 8 and in 6 it's all stay, on 3,3 too but when i connect to dvs and to tsp 2 it's show in one deck + 10,8, in +8 , in other deck it's work fine i mean i get +8 when i had +8.

Cheers mate, i have just followed your instructions and they were spot on! I seen your video ages ago but i wasn't to bothered about playing my vinyl at that speed, until i played on my mates mk5's and when using my decks after playing them none of my tunes felt fast enough! Now iv changed my pitch they are perfect, thanks for the tip!!!!!!!

Please help. My pitch level centers at 2... (meaning the red light dot stabalizes at 2) At 0 my turntables is actually at -2 and too slow. How do i fix the "0 level" of the pitch fader?
´Hi:
I bought a new Technics 1200 mkII and I saw your video to calibrate the pitch.
When I was calibrating/adjusting the pitch I put the power off but I forgot to unplug the turntable from the TT. I was working inside the turntable with the power. What problems may I have in future or now? What happens if you lift up the platter and you do not unplug it?
Thanks for your answer, I am very worried.

@entagled1 Hi there, I'm sorry for the late reply I hope it's not too late.
As long as you didn't short anything out your turntable will be fine.
You won't do any damage by opening it up with the power cable still connected, as long as you do not short anything out inside with screwdrivers, no damage will occur.
And if you lift the platter up with the power still connected, as long as the timetable is switched off that's fine, it's safe to do that.
Thank you for your comments.
Nice one!!!

good video m8 i watched it all even though i wasnt looking to adjust the pitch range! it might fix my problem - i was at a party and a drink got spilt on my sl1210 mk2. i think it was me and i think it was wkd (blue). ever since when i move the pitch btween +2 and +4 it seem to stick and slow away down the tune. seems like just a bad connection to me and all it needs is a wipe with a damp cloth! repair shops are quoting prices i cant afford and the decks have been put away! i need advice please

@mitsubishistuntchin oh ouch thats not good, the trouble is the sugar amongst other thing in the drink will probably start to corrode stuff in there including the resistive strips in the fader, so depending on how long its been in there will depend on how badly it may corrode the fader. thats what it sounds like. to be honest i think the best bet is going to be to replace the fader as thats the cheapest part to change.
thanks for your comment and if you need any more help let me know ill help.
