Gio is now in Billy Beane's stable. "OWNED!"

Although he didn't make the opening day roster AND has had to wait behind Greg Smith (and Kirk Sarloos!) for a crack at the big time.

I died when I saw that trade. The Phillies have lost their mind and will regret trading Gio when he wins 20 in 2008.

I like GIO a lot. He would have went well with Hamels. Keep a close look on Haigwood though. He should be a good one too.
